Our dishes change with the season.

They adapt to what nature provides and what our producers, farmers and hunters can deliver - not vice versa!

We do have a` la cart strating with 15:00 or our regional 6 - or 4 course menue starting with 19:00


We starting with a´la carte begin at 15:00 o'clock

We serve delicacies à la carte from 3.00 p.m.

From 7.30 p.m. we spoil you with our menus in four or six courses.

We are happy to accept table reservations until 8 p.m.

Our dishes change with the season.

They adapt to what nature has to offer and what our producers, farmers and hunters can deliver - not the other way around!

Selected local products are the main characters on our plates. How about some Ötztal char, flavored with honey and spruce as a starter, chamois with cabbage sprouts as a main course and tasty goat cheese as a savoury end to your meal?

 

We serve our menus in six courses, also in a reduced form for smaller appetites in four courses.
In case of intollerances, allergies or if you're vegetarian, just let us know.
